Specify the order number and the name to which it is registered

Describe specifically the reason that led you to request the return (in case it was a defect, attach photos in which the latter is clearly visible)

Choose one of the two possible options (size change or voucher)

Important Notes:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

If this last condition is not respected, Lalù reserves the right to block the procedure and return the products to the sender.
